The prestigious Red Mountain Ranch neighborhood is located roughly halfway between Crested Butte and Gunnison, making a commute to either end of the valley a breeze. This gated community consists of spectacular 35+ acre parcels, many of them bordering public land. If you’re looking for wide-open spaces, Red Mountain Ranch is a great choice! The down valley location means a bit less snow than similar real estate such as Trapper’s Crossing. A large number of these lots sit high above the valley floor, and offer spectacular views of Paradise Divide and the Elk mountains to the north, and the idyllic lower East River valley to the south.
