How much does it cost to attend?

The Winter Dew Tour at Copper Mountain is 100% free to attend. Spectators are encouraged to explore the sponsor village, hike up the Superpipe walls and enjoy free live music throughout the weekend – all right in Copper’s Center Village. Please note slopestyle competitions require mountain access with a lift ticket or season pass.

Who is the headliner for music as part of Winter Dew Tour?

Music for the event will be announced soon. Please check back!

If I don’t ski or snowboard, can I still attend?

Absolutely! The majority of events will take place right in Copper’s Center Village, providing easy access to competitions, music and the sponsor village.

What Woodward Mountain Parks will be affected by the event? For how long?

Woodward Copper’s Central Park and Superpipe will be utilized as part of the Winter Dew Tour event and may impact public access. Details on closures will be made available as soon as possible!

10 Barrel wants to be your caddy for a day of drinking beer outside and playing golf. Join us on Friday, September 13th for the first annual SmashFest Golf Tournament, presented by 10 Barrel Brewing Co. Hosted by Copper Mountain at America’s highest golf course, this will be a golf tournament like no other – featuring refreshing beer, awesome swag, and LOTS of cash prizes. Grab three friends and sign up now at the link below!

Need a designated driver? Meet us at the Denver pub and we’ll head up to Copper Mountain on our legendary Brew Bus. This is an optional add-on to your ticket. Don’t want to ride the bus? Live locally? Sign up for golf only and still partake in all the festivities! Designated driver incentives available.

This event is an all-inclusive ticket to a fun day of golfing, complete with lunch, beer, and 10 Barrel swag!

Format:

  • Shotgun start (11am)

  • 8 players will be on a hole at a time

  • No handicaps

Registration includes:

  • 18 Holes of Golf

  • Bagged lunch

  • (2) 10B beer tickets – to be redeemed at the beer cart or in JJ’s

  • Take-home Swag

  • Option for Brew Bus transportation from Denver to Copper Mountain, and back

Schedule:

  • 8:30 AM: Check-In at 10 Barrel Brewpub

  • 9:00 AM: Head to Copper Mountain

  • 10:30AM: Begin Golf Tournament

  • 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM: Playing 18 holes with your best friends, winning cool prizes, drinking beer outside

  • 3:00 PM: “Après Golf” at JJ’s Tavern at Copper Mountain, featuring beer and food specials for participants!

  • 5:00 PM: Check-In for bus departure in East Village loop

  • 5:30 PM: Bus Departure back to 10 Barrel Brewing Denver

  • 7:30 PM - 11:00 PM: After Party at 10 Barrel Brewing, beer and food specials for bus riders until close!!

Brew Bus:

  • Meeting time at Denver Brew Pub @ 7:30am for check-in

  • 8:00am departure from Pub

  • Depart from Copper following the Happy Hour (after tournament ends)

WreckTangle Championship

Save the Date for the 2019 Woodward Copper WreckTangle Championships: August 10th, 2019! Contestants will have two runs to post their fastest single run time through the WreckTangle. If a contestant falls or walks around any obstacle, there will be a 60 second penalty added to that run's total time. Awards will be given to the top three female and top three male competitors from each age group, as well as top 3 overall best run times.

Cost: $35 per participant, includes event tee-shirt, warm up session, two WreckTangle runs during competition, and awards for division winners.

A spectacular 78-mile loop cresting three mountain passes – Fremont Pass, Tennessee Pass and Vail Pass. The course passes three ski areas and is littered with historic mining outposts and Camp Hale, the training ground for the famous 10th Mountain Division. The total elevation gain for the course is 5,981 ft. A great day on two wheels. The Alpine Cycling Classic exemplifies cycling in the Colorado Rockies which features challenging high-altitude climbs.
